1. Scholarship Program:  STCA will award scholarships to those students who have dreams to pursue the higher education in Social Science.

Participating  Muti-Culture Events:

1. International Film Festival in Los Angeles, non-profit organization specializing in culture exchanges through Cinema Arts.  STCA paticipats its Chinese film blocks.

2. International Boy and Girl Scout Program; tailor the American Scouts template and expand/execute the idea to different regions of the world.

3. International Children film festival in San Diego, on-profit organization promoting the children's films from different cultures/countries. STCA participates  its Chinese children film week.
